After this date rooms may be available but not guaranteed.

Due to commitments to the hotel there will be no refunds of conference registration fees relating to cancellations made on or after March 8.  

Fees will be reimbursed at 100% prior to March 8 if written notification is provided to the Secretary       

Registration:  Member--$300.00 each         

Group of three or more, from same agency, $250.00 each.

Non Member--$400.00 each        

Registration includes Breakfast each day; as well as conference materials and hospitality during the conference session.
